Shipping fees

Standard shipping will be $10 for all purchases delivered in Canada and the United States. For any purchase delivered internationally, delivery costs will be charged depending on the customer's delivery address. Free delivery for orders of $250 and more.

Return and Refund

Any returns or problems due to an error on our part will be taken care of at our expense (ordered within the last 45 days). However, if you wish to exchange or return a product without defect or because the wrong size was ordered, you will need to place a new order at your expense.

Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only if necessary. Do not use fabric softener.

Machine dry on low heat or hang dry for increased life.

Iron inside out with iron on low heat. Do not iron the decoration.

Do not dry clean.
